CNC Rubber Gasket Cutter is used for precise cutting of kinds of rubber&silicone gasket/ washer/ring-shaped tubular product. -Features: 1. When the cutting finishes, materials take off automatically, and through the collection boxes to gather the cut products. 2.Our CNC Rubber Gasket Cutter adopts vacuum pump, realizing powerful vacuum absorption of the pipe/tube, so ensuring the finished cut product more precise. 3. Automatic air blowing function makes loading and unloading more convenient, greatly improving the working efficiency. 4. The Rubber Gasket Cutting Machine adopts PLC+HMI touch screen control, cutting parameters are set up from the HMI,cutting recipes are aumatically stored,easy to call, making the operation very easy. 5. All electrical components, pneumatic components are imported from abroad or domestic famous brand products, to ensure long-term use, reliability and stability of the new machine. 6. Use servo drive system to control the blades, compared with pneumatic control, servo control is more stable working and higher cutting precision. 7.There are single spindles ,double spindles,4 spindles for options.
